Dr Elphick started practicing in Tallahassee in 2014 and recently joined Capital City Psychiatry. She graduated from Angeles University Foundation, College of Medicine. She completed Residency Training in General Psychiatry at The Ohio State University then went on to complete a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship, at the same institution. She is passionate in assisting individuals to attain a good sense of well-being. She hopes to have a positive impact on children and adolescent's lives so they become productive members of society. She prefers to concentrate her practice with children, adolescents and young adults.
